8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Because dietary supplements are ingestible wellness products, opened, used, unsealed, or tampered-with products may be ineligible for return for health and safety reasons, except where a return or remedy is required by law or the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Do not use a product that arrives damaged, opened, leaking, contaminated, or with a broken safety seal. Contact us promptly at support@nutriviveshop.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

Before filing a legal claim, you and Nutrivive agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

The party raising the dispute should send written notice describing:

• The relevant order number, if applicable;

• The nature and factual basis of the dispute; and

• The requested resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate or filing a claim before the applicable limitations period expires.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
